Our Philosophy & Curriculum
At King’s Path Academy, we celebrate the world through God’s eyes. We believe that education should not only build knowledge but also shape hearts and cultivate a biblical worldview. That’s why we proudly use My Father’s World (www.mfwbooks.com) for K-8 curriculum, which beautifully integrates the Bible with history, geography, science, literature, art, and music—helping children see every subject through the lens of God’s truth.
My Father’s World combines the best of Charlotte Mason’s gentle approach, classical education’s structure, and the richness of unit studies—all with a global perspective rooted in Scripture. Math and English are tailored to each child’s unique abilities, meeting them where they are and equipping them with the tools they need to grow and succeed.
Our goal is to nurture a love for learning, a love for God, and a deep understanding of the world He has created.
In high school, we use Master Books and Institute for Excellence in Writing (IEW).
Master Book is more than just homeschool curriculum, Master Books resources are designed to inspire learning, foster spiritual growth, and strengthen your family's faith. We provide not only educational resources but also access to a supportive community of more than 42,000 homeschool moms and a dedicated customer support team to ensure your homeschooling experience is a success. IEW's methods for teaching writing are similar to methods one might use to teach music, art, or even sports. Students begin by analyzing and imitating existing good writing. Then through a series of incremental steps, they develop the ability to write their own original compositions.
